Refund policy

Exchange

Our exchange policy is 10 days online and in our two stores. If 10 days have passed since the delivery of your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchange.
Since we continually offer discounted products, we offer no refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice in support and the label still attached to the product.

Several products cannot be exchanged such as jewelry, masks, sunglasses, underwear, bathing suits, eyelashes, socks and tights are final sales.

Gift cards are not exchangeable and cannot be replaced.

Exchanges can be made at one of our 2 stores or by returning your package to us at your expense. If you can't find any other product that will make you happy, we will be happy to give you a gift certificate that you can use as you wish. If you have paid for the delivery costs, unfortunately these are not refundable.
