What are the shipping options?
We offer several shipping options (Fedex, UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, Canpar, ICS...) and choose the one that guarantees the fastest delivery.
What are the delivery costs?
- Free shipping in Canada for purchases of $75 or more.
- Flat rate of $9 for orders under $75.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
- Orders in Canada: delivered in 1 to 5 business days.
- International orders: delivery time up to 15 days.
What should I do if I never received my order?
If you have not received your order after 5 business days, please contact us by email at cestelle@cestelle.ca . We will respond within 24 hours.
What should I do if I received a defective order?
Please contact us by email at cestelle@cestelle.ca and include your order number. If you do not receive a response, please call us at 514-904-1855.
How can I modify an order already placed?

Our two stores are open at the following times:
- Monday to Wednesday : 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday and Friday : 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday : 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Do you offer gift cards ?
Yes, gift cards are available online on our website or at checkout in our stores.
